N15P. Automated batch blending

The N15P is designed to pump high viscosity materials with viscosities from 15,000cps to 100,000cps.

The system uses a four stage dispense valve, giving the user both high speed dispensing and low end accuracy.

The system uses a patented state-of-the-art air-knife to trim clinging materials being dispensed. Multiple batch sizes can be handled: 1, 5, 45 gallon, etc.

Raw materials can be pumped from buckets, drums or bulk containers.
